Tip #1: Segment Lists in Your CRM
Create separate lists for clients, prospects, and centers of influence. Within those lists, create sub-categories based on interests or life stages (i.e., business owners, families with young children, golf enthusiasts) to send targeted, informative emails that recipients are excited to open.
Tip #2: Focus on Your Subject Line
It doesn’t matter how great your email content is – if you don’t have an enticing subject line, your email won’t be opened. Instead of focusing all your time on writing the email content, take time to intentionally draft an engaging subject line that gets email opens.
