How do you break out of a slump? What do you do when you find yourself uninspired or that you’re just going through the motions?
There are 3 main components that determine whether we succeed or fail at the things we do: our physiology, focus and internal dialogue. When all these 3 align, then you can rockstar your game. But if one of these components breaks down, then the whole structure collapses. That’s when you go into a slump.
It is important, especially with the pandemic going on, that we develop strategies now on how to stay positive and how to keep moving forward to achieve our goals.
