Why I Had To Bet on Myself

Today I'm here in Hoboken, New Jersey where I'm hosting a couple of private strategic coaching days for clients and members of my Magellan Network.  This place used to be one of my old stomping grounds from the late 80s, and early 90s, and being here now has brought back a lot of memories - which brings me to today’s episode.

Before I became a coach, I used to work for Tony Robbins.  And I’ve never really spoken about why I left the organization but I believe that there are a lot of lessons to be learned from this story so I decided to share this with you.

In this episode, I talked about the following:

  • (03:00) How I started working for Tony Robbins
  • (10:33) That one epiphany moment that changed my life
  • (12:38) How I came up with my war cry
  • (15:48) How I started my business
  • (17:37) Why I’m thankful for the rejection I received
