Advisors Have More Control than Ever Before

Recorded at the Market Counsel Summit. Presented by:

"From a macro perspective advisor recruiting, the momentum has been strong for the last handful of years it continues to evolve.

I'd say that, you know, what we've talked about Matt in the past is the capabilities on the independent side, certainly rival that of large organizations. So this movement towards independence continues to be strong.

I've been doing this for about 25 years, I've never seen anything quite like what's happening right now, this shift, where, you know, I think the advisors have more control than they've ever had in their entire career. Organizations are recognizing that, you know, the advisor wants to leave, they're letting them go. I mean, we'd never seen this before, where advisors truly have ultimate control, and they can write their own destiny at this point.

From the perspective of Integrated, in terms of our success over the last year or so. it's been our best year ever. You know, we actually recruited in about two and a half billion of assets within 11 advisory teams. Integrated just crossed over the 12 billion mark. It's been a fantastic ride. I don't see it changing." — Integrated Partners Chief Growth Officer, Rob Sandrew
