"Yeah, one of the big themes, I think it's something that's been around for a little while artificial intelligence, you know, it's been out there and movies and other sort of, you know, consumer esque type of productions. But we haven't really had a chance a use case in wealth management. So it was really exciting that called Bringing the sexy back to the back office, where instead of using these tools, to you know, use them online and find potential clients and so forth. . .
There's some great platforms out there, like Benjamin that has a business support system. automated workflows, really be able to take a very simple process such as scheduling a meeting, unleashing a chatbot to the client, having them schedule that event, that conference, that update process, and it's really changed how advisors can really eliminate a lot of the day to day stuff, because how many meetings a year does an advisor have probably 100 ... 200.
So this is a really interesting new development and some new platforms coming online that I think can really change the dialogue for advisors on how they spend their days."
