It is clear that FinTech is gaining traction, with over 50% of customers across the globe already using at least one FinTech provider, with that number reaching almost 85% in China.
Another key insight from the report was how traditional incumbents see FinTechs as more of an opportunity to partner and collaborate than a threat.
Yet, firms are still struggling to deliver results from applying Innovation and working with FinTechs despite high levels of activity.
